“Patio Vicinity” is designed considering two aspects: the neighborhood, which consists in a system of interconnected one-of-a kind patios, and the houses, which are located within a plot of 10x10 meters as detached units.

The main component of the proposal is the patio, which connects no more than 4 homes or families. This public space is likely to be shared by the neighbors that turns it into a catalyst of community relations.
